Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the My Personal Biorhythm application ("App") operated by Myanmar Gazette ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

My Personal Biorhythm is a personal wellness and self-reflection tool that provides:

• Biorhythm cycle calculations based on your date of birth
• Astrological readings using Chinese Zodiac, Mahabote (Myanmar), and Western Synastry methods
• Daily mood and energy logging
• Compatibility readings using astrological and blood-type traditions
• Personal milestone tracking

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. For Entertainment and Wellness Purposes Only

Important: All biorhythm predictions, astrological readings, compatibility scores, and related content provided by this App are for entertainment, self-reflection, and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• Financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind
• A guarantee of future events, outcomes, or experiences

Do not make important life decisions — including medical, financial, or relationship decisions — based solely on the App's output. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

The App uses your name and date of birth as your login credentials. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring no other person uses your account without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You may enter personal notes, milestone dates, and other content into the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

You agree not to enter User Content that is:

• Unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Containing malicious code, scripts, or exploits

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and features of the App — excluding User Content — are the property of Myanmar Gazette and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

The astrological calculation methods, blood type compatibility matrix, Mahabote chart logic, and biorhythm scoring algorithms are proprietary to Myanmar Gazette.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App to collect data about other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim for city geocoding. Use of that service is subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYANMAR GAZETTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myanmar Gazette and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
